Solomon Private Asset and Equity

In 2009, Interactive Stratagem (IS) ventured into the property market, acquiring our first estate in South Africa. After managing this project under our portfolio, IS sought liquidation to pursue other interests. During this time (2016), a potential property investor brought a conceptual residential business blueprint to IS. It was at this moment IS adopted a student accommodation model into our portfolio.

 

As bondholders, IS partnered with a managing trust (bond issuers), responsible for property oversight. After successfully proving our new model, IS continued networking, in search of more partners. At which point, a new partnership emerged between existing property investors and IS. Our student housing model then merged with business accommodation, managed by our new partners. In 2020, Solomon Private Asset and Equity Pty Ltd was established.

 

We are an asset and equity management company, with partners in the tokenized trading space. Through this, Solomon Private Asset and Equity are able to seek alternative finance methods. Rather than partnering with your traditional lender, we aggregate bond issuers with token traders who actively seek new investment opportunities. It's because of this, an ecosystem is created by virtue of residential and governmental bond issuance. By utilizing financial technology (FinTech), we position ourselves as revolutionary aggregators in the asset trading space.
