Facilitation and Participation
As market intermediaries, we seek to acquire corporate, government & mortgage bonds utilizing capital via arbitrage strategy. Bond sellers in specific emerging and frontier markets, with high yielding returns, seeking growth. Facilitating a perpetual buy-sell relationship with said bondholders and private investors.
Solomon Private Asset and Equity are bond purchasers and registered asset issuers. We actively engage in over-the-counter markets through associated alternative trading systems (ATS) and traditional banking channels. By which, our assets may be bought, sold & issued in the form of security token offerings (STOs).
Asset Securitization
At Solomon Private Asset and Equity, we endorse asset issuance by way of STO. A new system of trade, backed by regulatory measures, and subject to the supervision of securities law. By improving supplementary forms of asset securitization, minimization of any possible misconduct is achieved. Thus, further business can be expanded upon.
